Couldn't tell you how the meal was because I didn't receive it 😡

Ordered food. Was 90 mins late so phoned up and got no answer. Turned up to the shop and it was closed. Wanting a full refund as never received order

Food arrived 1 hour 50 minutes after order. Food was cold (not even warm) but told they could cook new food but would be at least 45 min. Meaning delivery for food at 21:55!!!!!!

My order didn't come with a chili sauce or Yoghurt... as advertised??? Just a dry salad also I ordered for kebabs but got my meats in a pita bread.... I wonder why???

Food was ready and waiting when I arrived, been looking for a decent kebab shop and this was it, very good.

absolutely disgusting. pakora- crumbling thick coat of batter, tasted like plastic, chilli sauce awful. chicken shish kebab- no flavour at all, oily making pita soggy, salad soggy. Comes with no sauces even though states on website it comes with chilli, garlic mayo and salad sauce. Loved Javits previously, new staff have ran the place down, will not order from here again.

Got mixed kebab it was Disgusting mushy lamb with no Taste and. Chicken was the same served on rice will not be ordering again been loyal customer for many years

I asked for no salad on the donner wrap and got salad, most of the chicken donner was fatty and the rice was hard which is a shame as it had the potential to be great.

Meat was dry, Nan had weird spice on it! Not the same javits I am used too

Clearly been taken over. Donner kebab came in silver tray. Meat was dry. Looked like there was loads but there was a layer of rice at the bottom. What’s that all about. This is not mentioned when you choose the kebab. Salad was not great. Bits of coriander through it! No salad sauce now either. Will not be going back. Real shame as it used to be the best place to get a donner.

Ordered pakora which was hard and cold and pizza was like rubber wont be ordering again

1st delivery arrived fast with no doner meat on a 12" doner pizza? 2nd attempt they delivered a 10" doner pizza, so phoned again and the owner grabbed the phone off the girl and screamed and shouted,cursing and swearing 🤬 at me saying why am I being so difficult on a busy Saturday night, basically saying on a busy night why are you complaining and I'm just being difficult and he is trying his best. Sorry if that's your best you should retire or do something else as you're screaming and shouting at a customer for complaining after 2 attempts to get it right, just trying to get what they have paid for???? Eventually when he has had his rant he told the girl to deliver my £17 cash back to the door. She couldn't look at me she was so embarrassed. Poor girl having to work with such a mad man. Use them if you want but don't dare complain if they are busy as you should just be grateful just to get some food, maybe not what you paid for but be happy with food. Fair to say won't be back after that, he should be ashamed of himself for his customer service and needs to have a deep deep look at his behaviour and deservedly feel embarrassed.

Quick fast great food

I made a mistake when when ordering on line so rang them and they sorted it no problem. The man on the phone was very friendly and funny. Definitely will order again.

A bit longer to wait but when I called they knew already my address and I had an update so that’s huge plus compared to other place. Good customer service. Delivery driver nice and tidy. Chicken slightly to salty. Firstly I was pushed off by the price of final order. I order same things I order usually somewhere else. Well , here Javit surprised me. My teenagers stopped eating when 1/4 of the food was still on the table. Size of pizza and calzone is standard but topping is massive. Fresh salad and fresh ingredients. Really tasty. Food delivered hot. Best take away in the area.
